Reviews inspector daily reports and prepare summary reports. Responsible for review of contractor’s CPM schedule and monthly payment requests. • Sub Consultant to Camp Dresser and McKee as a Resident Engineer on a 150 mgd water treatment plant for Dekalb County, Atlanta Georgia. Administrating the day to day activities, and is responsible for all communications between client and contractor. Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day to day activities of onsite construction inspection for electrical, civil, mechanical, structural, and architectural construction. Reviews inspector daily reports and prepare summary reports. Responsible for review of contractor’s CPM schedule and monthly payment requests. • Sub Consultant to Poole and Kent, Inc. on the RM Clayton Wastewater Treatment Upgrade for the City of Atlanta. Coordinated vendors training, preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, startup of mechanical equipment and turnover of spare parts to the City. • Sub Consultant to Camp Dresser and McKee on a study of the operating efficiency analysis for the Monroe County Water Authority.
